At TCRPGM, we translate our mission into action through strategic objectives and program initiatives that uplift communities, strengthen democracy, and improve access to justice.
To conduct and disseminate high-quality, relevant research on critical Tanzanian policy, governance, economic, social, and environmental issues.
To translate complex research into accessible, practical recommendations, facilitate constructive dialogues that inform effective policy-making, and promote initiatives enhancing transparency, accountability, citizen participation, institutional effectiveness, constitutionalism, and climate-resilient governance. All activities under this pillar will strictly adhere to the NGO Act No. 24 of 2002 (asamended) and other relevant national laws.
To strengthen the capacity of Tanzanian media to report accurately and insightfully on development issues, and serve as a hub for knowledge sharing, dialogue, and collaboration among diverse stakeholders to achieve national development goals, including climate action and effective budgeting.
